Quello che oggi è un accogliente bed and breakfast a Nardò, è ricavato da una classica pajara salentina. Le pajare sono la testimonianza di un passato agricolo, segnato dall’operosa presenza dei contadini che le utilizzavano come riparo temporaneo e deposito per gli attrezzi. L’ampio spessore delle muraglie e la presenza di un’intercapedine tra il pietrame più piccolo e quello più grande, le rende ambienti caldi d’inverno e freschi d’estate.
